I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University San Marcos and a Master of Arts in Counseling from BH Carroll Theological Seminary. Although I use various counseling techniques based on your needs, a great deal of my methods find their roots in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems. 

As a counselor, I want to meet you where you are emotionally and provide a safe place for you where you won’t feel judged or ashamed. I view the counseling process as an opportunity to work together to navigate life’s hurts and fears and find restoration and hope. During our time together, I will offer support, guidance, and encouragement. I will help you recognize and utilize strengths that you already have and provide additional tools to help you progress along your path toward wholeness.
